Lynita brings a wide range of experiences to her leadership position at Andau Medical. A Registered Dental Hygienist with 18-years in clinic, Lynita has also taught dental assisting programs and has worked in Dental Device sales for the last decade. Enthusiastic and approachable, Lynita leads by example, equating leadership with on-going learning. She demonstrates a passion for the innovations and technologies that improve patient outcomes and enhance clinical work environments. As a team leader; she is dedicated to coaching and mentoring the team to enhance their knowledge and provide outstanding customer service, every day.

Evelyn brings a wealth of experience as a professional in the medical supply industry for more than a decade including her tenure with PRIMED Medical Products where she developed and lead global teams and strategies. In addition to her tenure with PRIMED, Evelyn has an entrepreneurial spirit which was solidified when she co-founded an international medical supply company focused on driving cost savings and efficiencies for the US market. In this role she gained tremendous hands-on experience in the unique challenges and opportunities associated with a start-up. Evelyn’s execution-oriented approach has enabled her to achieve many career heights including fast progression to executive leadership teams. She credits her success to open communication, value-added relationship building and a collaborative, direct approach.

Brenda brings extensive experience in both operational management and finance to her role at Andau Medical. Over the last few decades Brenda has been an operational executive for Forbes Group where she was responsible for overseeing operations and finance during a period of rapid growth where the business grew from 1 pharmacy to 10 pharmacies in addition to clinics and other related businesses. Brenda was an integral part of the acquisition by RXDM (Neighbourly Pharmacy) in 2018. Following the acquisition of the pharmacies, Brenda continued to work with Forbes Group where she launched 10 cannabis stores under the Clarity Cannabis umbrella and established licensing, design and managed store openings for Alberta and BC. Brenda strongly believes in maintaining a growth mindset and constantly pushing the limits of what’s possible. Her boundless curiosity allows her to fearlessly approach business challenges with a unique perspective and develop new strategies.

Stacey brings over 10 years of experience working in professional skill development and supporting individuals and organizations in acquiring the necessary resources, competencies and drive to be successful in obtaining key objectives. Holding a BPE and a Management Development Program Certificate from the University of Alberta School of Business, Stacey brings expertise to support Andau Medical in bridging the gap between clinical needs and technologies. Her diverse background in not for profit, government relations, higher education, as well as the corporate recruitment sector provides her with the expertise to find the right candidates to support Andau Medical’s people-first mission and commitment to customer service. Her ability to read people and her passion for culture will be an integral part in supporting the exciting growth of the Andau Medical Team

Suzanne brings 32 years of clinical experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist, combined with over a decade of entrepreneurial success, has shaped her into a true visionary. Her fervent dedication lies in connecting clinicians with cutting-edge technology, optimizing patient outcomes with a personal touch.

With a strong foundation in both healthcare and business, she has not only founded a thriving online startup but has also spearheaded a clinical education program, showcasing her adaptability and innovation.

Suzanne’s exceptional customer service is a result of her in-depth product knowledge and her innate ability to communicate. Her empathy and guidance create an unmatched client experience as they navigate new technologies.

As a leader, she leads by example, nurturing her team’s growth through coaching and mentorship. Her approach blends team development with exceptional client relations, crafting a seamless journey for all.

Sarah has over 10 years of sales and leadership experience in the Medical
Device industry covering a multitude of areas in healthcare, including OR, MDRD,
Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology, Vascular Surgery, Respiratory &
Anesthesia, and NICU. She holds a B.Sc.H. in Science and a M.Sc. in Microbiology
and Immunology. Sarah’s work history includes positions based in Edmonton and
supporting the Western provinces with AMT Surgical and Canadian Hospital
Specialties. She has developed strong relationships across Western Canada at both
end user clinician and provincial levels and appreciates the intricacies of selling into
each of the four Western provinces. She has supported large-scale evaluations and
implementations across the four provinces and has sold both capital and
consumable products for the past decade. Sarah demonstrates strong core values
of collaboration, accountability, and curiosity.
