Why Our team loves working for Andau

Sheryl Lee, RDH, National Sales Manager, Canada

My name is Sheryl and I am a Territory Manager in British Columbia, Canada. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and have been practicing full-time since 2008. Prior to working as a Dental Hygienist, I was an Optometric Assistant for eight years. I am also a wife and mom of two children.

I started working with Andau Medical in February 2021. My experience with Andau Medical has been amazing. The vision of a people-first organization and our commitment to good customer service and support is one of the reasons I wanted to work with Andau Medical. The manufactures and products we work with are innovative and forward thinking. Particularly, the ergonomic loupes are a game changer and I have experienced first-hand the benefits of this product.

Andau Medical has a great team environment. This starts from the top. Sandi the CEO is an amazing person and boss. I never thought I could call a CEO of a company to have a conversation or share ideas and challenges. She will always make time for you and will listen. Lynita, the National Sales Manager is wonderful. She is very supportive and knowledgeable. She is always willing to help you with your business. She truly wants you to do well and support you to reach bigger goals. Our biweekly meetings enable all the Territory Managers to share our successes and challenges. I always leave the meetings with new ideas and feeling positive.

In the beginning, I dedicated two-three days a week to Andau Medical and continued practicing three-four days a week in clinic. Over the past six months with hard work and dedication, I have decided to focus more with Andau Medical as my business continues to grow. I am excited to see where I will be in the future with this company.

    Tricia Vaughn, Territory Manager

My name is Tricia Vaughn and I have been with Andau Medical for 5 months. I have also been a hygienist for 21 years. I still work clinic 3 days a week and work with Andau 2-3 days a week. Each week I look forward to the days I work with Andau.

I can truly say I enjoy everyone I work with. We learn from each other; we support each other and we grow as a team. We listen to each other’s ideas and the whole team works together to make them happen. We all support each other and we work together to offer creative feedback and make our ideas a reality. Team work is extremely important to me and I found this at Andau Medical. It is such a great dynamic to work for.

I have always enjoyed helping people, this was one of the reasons I become a hygienist. Now I get to help my colleagues learn about great new products that can extend their career and help them get out of pain. It is easy to represent a product you can stand behind. Andau Medical has allowed me to transition my career in a new direction and I’m loving it!
