I remembered that Andau had a 6 month trial so I talked to my local NC territory manager, Jae, and she was able to help me switch my traditional for ergos. She was super sweet and was very responsive to any issues I had. I’m satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely recommend Andau for anyone whose looking to buy loupes.

I was hesitant to buy the new ergo style loupes after practicing dental hygiene for... read more 10 years with a traditional style loupe but am happy to report it only took me a couple weeks to adjust and for them to feel completely natural to me (keep in mind I am a part time hygienist only working 2 days per week - would probably take less time for a full hygienist to adjust). My rep Jae Young was wonderful and super responsive to any questions/concerns I had and even replaced a battery pack for me free of charge after I broke mine very quickly after getting them. Tip to people buying the cordless light and transitioning from a corded light system: be sure to TAKE OFF your battery pack immediately after you’re done in the patients mouth and set it on the charging station. I broke mine when cleaning my room and I accidentally knocked it off of my frames when reaching for wipes, the magnetic battery pack came off of my frame and hit the floor and then the magnetic piece was jolted/shifted in a way that would not allow it to properly sit on the charger. Overall I’m about 2 months in now and I love my new ergo loupes with the cordless butterfly light and would 100% purchase them again!
